PROGRAM SUMMARY

1. Decide on your Game Plan and the assessment instrument you want to use. Our Centre consultants can support and assist you in this process.
2. Using a secure web link and access code your assessment instrument is completed only by those persons who you choose to take the assessment (no limitation on the number of participants - the price is all inclusive).
3. We deliver standard or customized reports within three business days of the end of the assessment period.

PROGRAM DETAILS

The Centre can provide you with any or all of the following items as part of assisting you in planning, conducting, and action planning associated with your Online Assessment Instrument project. Whether you use our standard Systems Thinking Approach™ or tailored assessment instruments, we can provide you with comprehensive support.

STANDARD ASSESSMENT INSTRUMENTS

Choose from any of our standard assessment instruments. Please refer to the hardcopy section for samples. All are also available for online delivery.

TAILORED AND CUSTOMIZED ASSESSMENTS INSTRUMENTS

We have available over 1,500 questions on a variety of business topics. Working with your game plan, together we develop the assessment instrument that is valuable for your organization.

DELIVERING THE ASSESSMENT

1. We provide your organization with a secure link and password to complete the assessment instrument online. Access is available twenty-four hours a day.
2. We determine a deadline for participants to complete the assessment instrument. This is determined by your needs for timely reporting and action.
3. There are different methods to invite participants to complete the assessment instrument:
   • You can e-mail the link, password and deadline to those persons that should take the assessment (we can also do this for you).
   • You can set up a few PCs in a room and have participants complete the assessment instrument while at a meeting (or on breaks, over lunch, etc).

REPORTS

Within three business days of the assessment deadline, we provide you with a basic or customize report. We will provide you with telephone and email consultation on the report preparation, conducting, visuals, and any other questions or coaching you desire.

We offer numerous options for generating results. These include: total score for the entire assessment instrument and scores for each section. Either total or section scores can be broken down by demographic splits such as: mean, median, or other statistical scores, and question-by-question scores in descending order from highest to lowest.
As appropriate, the data can be split by the different demographics of participants filling out the assessment instrument. For example, senior, middle, and line managers and non-management staff, by different SBUs or departments, by employment longevity, or by age, gender or race.

We can also assist you in:

• Educating your organization about the assessment instrument and the concepts behind it. This actually can be done as a pre-work or a post-Instrument Executive Briefing and Employee education session that we jointly decide.
• Facilitating the actual meeting(s) where the report is fed back to the Executives.
• In developing the appropriate Action Plans and Communications Plans needed to communicate and to resolve issues from the report.
• Implementation of many of the actions.
• Ongoing tracking, reporting, and facilitating the long-term buy-in and stay-in required for successful resolution of the issues.

FUTURE USE OF THE ASSESSMENT INSTRUMENTS

If you want to use this same assessment instrument later in the year or conduct it on a yearly basis as most organizations do, you can continue to have us administer the assessment instrument online and provide the reports each time you want to conduct it. We can also provide you with year-to-year comparisons.
