BACKGROUND: THE SYSTEMS THINKING APPROACH^®

Ours is the only set of assessment instruments currently on the market that is based on dealing with complex systems. Systems Thinking is a more natural, holistic, and productive way to think than traditional analytic reasoning.

Our Systems Thinking Approach™ to Business Excellence is based on General Systems Theory (from biology) and the work of the Interdisciplinary Society for General Systems Research. Their decades-long research has revealed the natural laws and characteristics of how all living beings (systems) function on Earth.

Our BEA and, by extension, our assessment instruments, are also the result of comprehensive research led by Stephen G. The Centre does not do original research itself, but is an excellent interpreter and translator of best practices research by others.
